摘要
目的探讨应用支气管封堵导管和双腔支气管导管在单肺通气的临床效果的比较。方法选取我院60例胸外科手术治疗需单肺通气患者。随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用双腔支气管导管手术通气治疗;治疗组患者采用支气管封堵导管手术通气治疗。记录插管时间、定位时间、肺隔离时间及通过声门尝试次数和和肺萎陷程度、术后声嘶、咽痛发生率。结果与采用双腔支气管导管手术通气组比较,支气管封堵导管组术中肺萎陷良好、术野暴露满意,并且在插管时间、肺隔离时间、定位时间及通过声门尝试次数、术后声嘶、咽痛发生率方面均明显低于对照组患者,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论支气管封堵导管手术治疗单肺通气患者的临床疗效明显,手术操作简单、安全,且手术后患者的声音嘶哑、咽喉疼痛等并发症的发生率较低,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective To investigate the comparison of the clinical effect on single lung ventilation by using bronchus blocking pipe and double cavity bronchial catheter. Methods 60 patients after thoracic surgery needing single lung ventilation were selected. Randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The control group were treated by the double cavity bronchial tube ventilation; Treatment group were treated by bronchial block ventilation .Record time, location, time of pulmonary sequestration and intubation through the glottis attempts and the lungs and the walls degree, the incidence of postoperative hoarseness, sore throat. Results Compared with bronchial tube with double cavity operation ventilation group, bronchial blocked duct group had satisfactory collapsed lung, surgical field exposure, and in several aspects, including intubation time, pulmonary sequestration time, locational time and through the glottis attempts, the incidence of postoperative hoarseness and sore throat, were significantly lower than that in control group, with significant difference, the two groups have statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion There was significantly clinical effect on patients surgical treatment with the bronchus blocking catheter one-lung ventilation, and surgical operation is simple, safe, the incidence of complications after surgery such as hoarseness, sore throat, and so on in patients low, should be widely spreaded in clinics.
