摘要
目的研究复方莪术散对子宫内膜异位症患者细胞周期蛋白D(cyclinD)表达、血清糖类癌抗原125(CA1 25)、1 9-9(CA19-g)水平的影响,为复方莪术散的临床应用提供理论依据。方法选取201 1年1月—2013年1月于天津市南开医院妇产科进行手术治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者69例,随机分配至A组(35例)和B组(34例);另外选择同时期进行手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者30例作为对照组(30例)。A组于术前3个月开始服用复方莪术散;B组及对照组患者术前未进行任何治疗;术前检测3组患者血清CA125、CA19-9水平及子宫异位和在位内膜组织中cyclinD的表达。结果 A、B两组cyclinD表达水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组血清CA125、CA19-g水平均低于B组(P<0.05);A组子宫异位内膜的cycIinD表达均低于B组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组子宫在位内膜的cyclinD表达亦低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CA125与CA1 9-9水平呈正相关(r=0.45,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者cyclinD表达明显增加,与子宫内膜异位症发病有关;而复方莪术散可降低cyclinD表达水平及血清CA125、CA19-9水平,提示其在抑制细胞周期进程中发挥作用。
Objective To study the effect of Compound Ezhu Powder (CEP) on serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9, and the expression of cyclin D protein in endometriosis patients, thus providing theo- retical evidence for clinical application of CEP. Methods Totally 69 all endometriosis patients underwent surgical treatment at Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Tianjin Nankai Hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly assigned to group A (35 cases) and group B (34 cases). Mean- while, 30 patients with uterine fibroids who prepared for surgical treatment during the same period were recruited as the control group. Patients in group A took EZP 3 months before surgery. No treatment was given to patients in group B and the control group. The serum CA125 level and the expression of cyclin D in the ectopic endometrium and the eutopic endometrium were detected in the 3 groups before surgery. Results The expression of cyclin D was higher in group A and group B than in the control group (P 〈0.05). The serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9 were significantly lower in group A than in group B (P 〈0.05). The expression of cyclin D in the ectopic endometrium was lower in group A than in group B, but with no statistical difference (P 〉0.05). The expression of cyclin D in the eutopic endometrium was significantly lower in group A than in group B with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Meanwhile, the serum CA125 level was positively correlated with the serum CA19-9 level (r = 0.45, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions The expression of cyclin D obviously increased in endometriosis patients, which was associated with the occurrence of endometriosis. CEP could lower serum levels of CA125 and CA19-9, and down-regulate the expression level of cyclin D, indicating its roles in inhibiting the cell cycle.
