摘要 针对原有管束使用周期短、腐蚀现象严重的情况进行了综合分析,将原管束材质由10号碳钢更换为抗湿硫化氢应力腐蚀效果明显的08Cr2AlMo材质。在随后的设备运行周期内延长了管束的使用期限,降低了修理费用,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。 Short use cycle and serious corrosion of quondam tube bundle were analyzed;the material 10 carbon steel of quondam tube bundle was replaced by 08Cr2AlMo which has obvious anticorrosion effect under wet sulfide hydrogen environment. After the modification, the use time of tube bundle was prolonged, repair cost was reduced, good social and economic benefits were obtained,.
