摘要
设计了基于NI ELVIS的反射式光纤位移传感实验平台。该平台采用NI ELVIS原型开发板实现模拟电路部分,包括光发射模块和光电信号检测模块;利用LabVIEW开发软件完成测量信号采集、处理和显示功能。实验平台具有良好的人机界面,能够根据用户的定义自动完成电压测量,并绘制位移-电压曲线。实践证明,通过提供开放的软件界面以及自行搭建检测电路的机会,实验平台帮助学生加深了理论知识的理解,锻炼了实践和创新能力。
Experimental teaching is important for the professional course. However, the hardware of the experimental box is fixed in the photoelectric detection technology experimental course, the students cannot fully exercise the operation ability. To solve this problem, an experimental platform of the reflected type fiber-optic displacement sensing based on NI ELVIS is designed. The platform employs NI ELVIS prototyping board to realize analog cireuits including optical transmitter and optical signal detection module, and uses LabVIEW to complete the measurement signal acquisition, processing and display. The platform holds a good man-computer interface, can automatically measure the input voltage and draw out the displacement-voltage curve. It is proved that the platform provides the students open software interface and opportunities of building their own measurement circuits, therefore, the students deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge and improve their abilities of operation and creativity.
