摘要
本文对高挥发分烟煤从工业分析、元素分析及灰成分等方面进行了分析,并对其爆炸性、燃烧性等重点工艺性质进行了研究。结合南钢高炉喷煤系统实际,对工艺进行了优化。实践表明,通过放宽喷吹煤粉粒径和工艺优化实现大比例混喷高挥发分烟煤,使得高炉燃料成本降低,取得了良好的经济效益。
The. paper analyzes the bituminous coal with high volatile matter from such aspects as industry, elements and ash composition, and studies its key process characters such as explosiveness and combustibility. Based on the company's real situation of the BF coal injection system, the process is optimized. The results show that injection of bituminous coal with high volatile matters can be realized through setting larger injected coal grain size and optimizing process, BF fuel cost be reduced and good economic benefits be achieved.
