摘要
分析了套筒温挤压工艺,制订温挤压件图,温度选择,挤压力计算及设备选择。介绍了套筒温挤压模具结构设计,选用模具材料及凸模、凹模的加工技术要求。阐述了温挤压工艺的优点。
In this paper the analysis of the warm-extruding technology for the sleeve, the warm-extruding figure of the formulate, the temperature choose, the calculation of the extruding force and the choose of the equipment were narrated. The structure design of the warm- extruding die for the sleeve, the die material of the selection and manufacturing technological requirements of the punch and the matrix were introduced. The advantages of the warm- extruding technology were expounded.
