抽油泵柱塞表面化学沉积Ni-P-SiC镀层的制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 在抽油泵柱塞表面制备高硬度、耐磨损、耐腐蚀的功能镀层,可有效延长抽油泵的使用寿命。采用化学复合沉积方法,在20Cr抽油泵柱塞表面制备Ni-P-SiC镀层,并对其进行微观形貌、成分、显微硬度及耐磨性能测试。结果表明,Ni-P-SiC镀层表面存在Ni和SiC两相。当SiC添加量为8g/L时,Ni-P-SiC镀层表面光滑、致密,晶粒粒径较小,其显微硬度高达897.2Hv。摩擦磨损试验表明,该镀层样品磨痕较光滑,耐磨性更好。 The functional coating,which has high microhardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance properties, can prolong the service life of oil pump plungers.Ni-P-SiC coatings were prepared by electroless plating method on the surface of 20Cr plungers,and the microstructure,composite,microhardness and wear resistance were investigated.The results illuminate that there were Ni and SiC phases in Ni-P-SiC coatings.When the SiC content was 8 g/L,Ni-P-SiC coating has a smooth and dense structure,and the grain was smaller,the microhardness was up to 897.2 Hv.Friction and wear tests present that this coating has smooth grindings and better wear resistance.
