摘要
介绍子宫肌瘤的临床辨治体会。认为其病因为寒、瘀、热、毒邪,病机为寒热瘀毒阻滞冲任,治疗宜从血瘀、寒湿、湿热、热毒等辨证论治。并举验案1则。
This paper discusses the clinical differentiation and treatment of hysteromyoma. It is believed that cold,blood stasis,heat,poisonous pathogenic factors are the causes of the disease. Cold,heat,blood stasis,poisonous pathogenic factors stagnating in thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel are the pathogenesis of the disease. Treatment and differentiation should be based on these four pathogenic factors. One proven case is presented.
