摘要
以C14-18脂肪醇、环氧乙烷和丙烷磺内酯为原料合成了系列脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐表面活性剂,测试了表面活性剂的溶解性及其溶液的表面性质,讨论了临盘油田地层水和CaCl2溶液对其表面性质的影响。实验结果表明,环氧乙烷数为3的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺酸盐表面活性剂中的脂肪醇碳原子数越少,在盐溶液中的溶解性越好。C14脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺酸盐表面活性剂在蒸馏水中的临界胶束浓度(cmc)略高于其在模拟临盘油田地层水中的cmc。当疏水基链长相同时,随环氧乙烷数的增加,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐表面活性剂的cmc和其所对应的表面张力均呈增大的趋势。C16脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺酸盐表面活性剂在CaCl2溶液中具有良好的活性,抗盐能力较强。环氧乙烷数为6的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(6)磺酸盐表面活性剂的界面活性明显低于环氧乙烷数为3的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(3)磺酸盐。
Several fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate surfactants were synthesized from C14-18 fatty alcohols,epoxy ethane and propane sulfonic lactone. The effects of connate water from Linpan oilfield and CaCl2 solution on the properties of the surfactant solutions were investigated. The results showed that the less the carbon number of the fatty alcohols in the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(3) sulfonate with epoxy ethane number of 3,the better the solubility of the surfactants in salt water. The critical micelle concentrations(cmc) of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonates in distilled water were slightly higher than those in the connate water. The cmc and surface tension of the surfactants increase with the increase of the epoxy ethane number in the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate molecule when the chain length of the hydrophobic groups is same. The hexadecanol polyoxyethylene ether sulfonate surfactant has high surface activity and salt-resistance in CaCl2 solution. The interfacial tension of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(3) sulfonate was lower than that of the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(6) sulfonate with the epoxy ethane number of 6.
