摘要
针对国内煤矿井下锚喷支护作业时,干喷粉尘大,作业环境差,以及现有湿喷机施工效果不理想等问题,提出了一种将水泥制成水泥浆后,再与砂石料混合进行湿喷的方法;研发出了一种适合井工煤矿使用的新型湿喷机,实现了利用压气,自动按比例混合、搅拌水泥浆和砂石拌合料,喷射出全湿混凝土的工艺,显著降低了喷射时的粉尘浓度,改善了作业环境。系统而有重点地介绍了新型湿喷机工作原理、构造、整机设计情况和应用效果。
According to high dry shotcreting dust,poor operation environment as well as irrational construction effect of the available wet shotcreting machine and other problems occurred in the bolt-shotcreting support operation in the domestic underground mine,the paper provided a wet shotcreting method with sand and crushed rock mixed after the cement slurry.A new wet shotcreting machine suitable applied to the underground mine was researched and developed to realize a technique of an automatic blending and mixing cement slurry with the set ratio and the sand and crushed rock blending materials and the full wet concrete shooting.Thus the dust concentration during the shotcreting operation period could be obviously reduced and the operation environment could be improved.The paper systematically and specially introduced the working principle,structure,integrated design condition and application effect of the new wet shotcreting machine.
