摘要
目的探讨开展品管圈活动在降低痔疮术后尿潴留发生率中的价值。方法成立品管圈活动小组,以"开展品管圈活动在降低痔疮术后尿潴留发生率中的作用"为活动主题,根据入院顺序将144例在腰腧穴麻醉下行痔疮手术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各72例,观察组采取品管圈管理方法,通过调查所有患者,分析发生尿潴留的原因,制定出相适宜的对策,并组织实施;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者痔疮术后尿滁留发生率、患者满意度、医护人员对开展品管圈活动及护理工作满意度的效果。结果观察组痔疮术后尿潴留发生率为13.8%,患者满意度97.2%,医护人员对开展品管圈活动满意度为96.4%,对照组分别为31.9%、86.1%和71.4%,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论开展品管圈活动能降低痔疮术后尿潴留发生率,提高患者、医生及护士对护理工作的满意度,增强医护人员解决问题的能力,促进护理服务品质和团队精神的提高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the value of quality control circle on incidence of postoperative urinary retention Methods The quality control circle group was set up to act according the subjects of ＇ Role of quality control circle on postoperative urinary retention＇. 144 patients with lumbar anesthesia downlink hemorrhoids surgery of acupoints were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with QC circle manage- ment technique. Through the investigation and all of the patients, the causes of urinary retention were analyzed and suitable countermeasures were taken. The control group was treated with conventional nursing measures. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and degree of satisfaction were observed. Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention of observation group and patients satisfaction were 13.8 % and 97.2 %. The staff satisfaction of circle activities was 96.4%. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention and patient satisfaction of control group were 31.9% and 86.1% The medical staff satisfaction of nursing work was 71.4%. Conclusion To carry out quality control circle activities can reduce the incidence of hemorrhoids postoperative urinary retention, increase the patients, doctors and nurses, the nursing job satisfaction, the ability to solve the problem and promote nursing service quality.
