摘要
通过失重法研究了AP-CMDB推进剂在20、50和70℃时的失重规律,测试了50℃驱溶时不同失重率推进剂的燃速和抗冲击强度。结果表明,20、50和70℃时,推进剂分别放置约234、86和38.5h后质量趋于稳定;溶剂残留量驱除至极限值后,随着NG的挥发,推进剂的抗冲击强度和22MPa下的燃速降低;50℃驱溶时推进剂达到稳定状态的失重率为12.1%,NG的挥发损失对燃烧性能与力学性能的影响较小,适合薄壁管状AP-CMDB推进剂溶剂的快速驱溶。
The mass loss rules of AP-CMDB propellant samples at 20,50 and 70℃ were researched by mass-loss method.The burning rates and impact strength of propellant with different mass-loss ratios at 50℃ were tested. The results indicate that the mass of propellant samples stored after about 234,86 and 38.5 h at 20,50 and 70℃approaches to steady state.After the residual solvent removed to a limit value,the impact strength and burning rate of propellant at 22 MPa decrease with volatilization of the NG.When the mass-loss ratio raises to 12.1 % at 50℃, the sample reaches to a steady state,the volatilization of NG has less effect on the combustion and mechanical prop-erties of propellant,and the temperature is suitable for fast solvent-removing for thin-wall tube-shaped AP-CMDB propellants.
