摘要
童伯章是接受传统教育成长起来的近代教育家,在他一生的教育实践中,形成了自己独特的教育管理思想并付诸实践。他秉持着存诚、能贱、淡泊金钱的树人宗旨,坚持教学与专业并进的师资培养,实行严格与开明并存的学生管理,贯彻文实艺并立的课程设计理念,为我国近代教育事业做出了自己的贡献。
Tong Bozhang is a contemporary educationist who grew up in the background of traditional education, and in his lifelong educational practice he established his own unique ideology on education administration and he had always been sticking to it in practice. He abides by the educating doctrine of honesty, poverty and money de-emphasizing; he insists on teacher training in terms of teaching and professional development; students' administration should be implemented with the co-existence of strictness and liberalness; the idea of curriculum designing must be realized in view of literature, industry and art juxtaposition. In short, he has made iris own great contributions to China' s contemporary education.
