摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法,对西安市轮滑俱乐部教练员现状进行调查与分析,结果表明:轮滑教练队伍人员缺乏、流动性比较大、学历层次低、对福利待遇满意程度低。对此,西安市轮滑俱乐部应积极改善教练员状况,提高其社会地位以稳固教练员队伍,定期加强对教练员的培训以提高其培训能力,调动其积极性。
By using the methods of documents, questionnaire and logical analysis, this article analyzes the roller skating club coaches' situation in Xi'an, the results shows that: roller skating club coaches' team lack of employees, liquidity is oversize, low education level and low satisfaction of social benefits. About this, the roller skating club in Xi'an should actively improve the coach' situation, improve their social status to stable coach" team, strengthen coach' training regularly to improve their training ability, mobilize their positive.
