摘要
在齿毂、齿套装配成同步器总成的过程中,齿套不能装入齿毂和同步器总成的自滑性、倾斜量不合格是导致装配失败的主要原因,这严重减少了同步器总成的产量,降低了装配效率。为此,在分析齿毂、齿套装配特点的基础上,利用数学推导方法推出了齿侧作用侧隙的数学模型,然后根据现有条件提出了一种分组选配工艺。通过实验验证,该选配工艺简单易实施,在不增加检测成本的前提下,可提高齿毂、齿套的装配效率。
When gear hub assembled with gear sleeve as synchronizer assembly, gear sleeve could not be set into gear hub, the smoothness, tilt degree is unqualified, which is the main reason for the failure of assembly. The yield synchronizer assembly and assembling efficiency are severely reduced. For this reason, on the basis of analyzing the assembly features of synchronizer gear hub and gear sleeve, a mathematical model for effect of backlash is derived by using the method of mathematical der- ivation. Then a matching process is presented under the existing conditions. Finally, through the ex- perimental verification, the matching process is simple and easy to implement, in under the premise of the cost of testing isn't increased, and the matching efficiency for synchronizer gear hub and gear sleeve could be improved.
