摘要
炮口强冲击实现火炮动态后坐是一种新型的火炮射击模拟试验方法。针对该试验方法,采用振动理论分析了其力学原理。基于ATV软件及多体动力学理论,建立了某自行火炮的虚拟样机模型;分别采用ADAMS及EASY5软件,建立了动力系统的多刚体模型及液压系统模型;在以上模型基础上建立了火炮射击模拟试验装置的机液联合仿真模型,并对其进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明该试验装置能较准确地模拟火炮实弹射击时的后坐动态特性,为该模拟试验装置的工程应用奠定了理论基础。
Muzzle strong impact is a new test method of gun firing simulation test method. Vibration theory is adopted to analyze the mechanical principle of the test method. The virtual prototype model of a certain self-propelled gun is built by using ATV software and multi-body theory. Multi-rigid body and hydraulic system models of the power system are built by using ADAMS and EASY5. Based on these models above,mechanism-hydraulic co-simulation model of gun firing simulation test machine is built and simulated. Simulation result indicates that the test machine can simulate the dynamic characteristics of gun firing accurately,which provides a theoretic basis for its engineering application.
