摘要
为了研究火力发电厂排放烟气低成本、大规模CO2捕集技术,针对现有捕集工艺存在的高能耗等问题,笔者根据化学法捕集CO2技术,搭建了物理模型,分别选取MEA、MDEA和MEA+MDEA混合胺作为吸收剂,对CO2捕集工艺进行了研究。研究结果表明,MEA醇胺溶液对CO2的吸收速率大于MDEA、MDEA+MEA混合胺对CO2的吸收效果最好,可为大规模烟气CO2捕集工程工艺参数设计提供参考。
In order to study low-cost, large-scale CO2 trapping technology for flue gas emission in thermal power plant, this paper establishes, aiming at the problems of the existing trapping technique, such as high energy con- sumption, the physical model according to chemical method of CO2 trapping technology, and studies the technique by using MEA,MDEA and mixed amine MEA + MDEA as absorbent. The result of study shows that the absorption rate of CO2 based on MEA is higher than that of MDEA, the mixed amine MEA + MDEA enjoying the best effect of absorption, which provides evidence for parameters design of large-scale flue gas CO2 trapping technique.
