摘要
地质旅游资源定量评价是贯穿国家地质公园申报、建设与地质旅游资源开发中最核心的问题,国内多在定性评价的基础上采用数学模型进行定量评价,其中层次分析法在地质遗迹资源评价中应用较为广泛,但这一方法在实际应用过程中存在的主要问题是判断矩阵的一致性问题.常规层次分析法通常采用专家打分、多轮意见征询等方法修改调整判断矩阵,耗时、费力、工作量大,且效果也不一定理想.以贵州思南乌江喀斯特国家地质公园为例,通过将层次分析法中的判断矩阵的排序权值计算和一致性问题转化为针对特定目标、决策的非线性优化问题,采用标准遗传算法(SGA)对思南乌江喀斯特国家地质公园7个景区的开发、决策顺序进行了定量评价,得到的结果对基于地质旅游资源开发带动县域经济发展的地区提供更加科学、更具针对性的决策依据.
The quantitative evaluation of geological tourism resources is the core problem for China Na-tional Geopark application and construction and geological tourism resource development .The mathematical models on the basis of qualitative evaluation for quantitative evaluation were used by most of the re -searchers in China .The analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) has been widely applied in the evaluation of geological relics resources , but the main problem is the consistency of judgment matrix in the application of this method .Conventional analytic hierarchy process usually adopts the method of experts scoring , sev-eral rounds consultations to adjust the judgment matrix , which cause heavy workload and the results are not ideal .This paper converts the sorting weight calculation and consistency problem in the analytic hier -archy process into the nonlinear optimization problem aimed at a specific target and decision ,and adopt the standard genetic algorithm to quantitatively evaluate the development and decision -making order of the seven scenic areas of Wujiang Karst National Geopark , Sinan , Guizhou , which would provide more scientific , more targeted decision-making basis for those regions that relying on the geological tourism re-sources development to drive the development of the county economy .
