摘要
针对传统两级锂电池车载充电机的特点,课题研制的电动汽车用锂电池单级车载充电机,采用UCC28070做为功率变换的控制核心,以MC9S08DZ60作为系统监控和数据传输的控制核心,开发了恒压、恒流以及充电过程控制算法,设计了单级功率变换的硬件控制电路。样机试验结果表明,车载充电机较好地实现了充电过程控制、数据传输与监控以及保护等功能,获得了较高的功率因素和效率。
Combined with the characteristics of the traditional two lithium batteries on-board charger, the lithium battery Single-stage on-board ch^xger was developed for electric vehicles, it used UCC28070 as system control core and MC9S08DZ60 as system monitoring and data transmission control core, control algorithm was developed, such as constant voltage, constant current and charging process, control circuit of the power transform was designed. Prototype experimental results showed that control of the charging process, data transmission, monitoring and protection functions of the on-board charger were achieved and high power factor and efficiency was obtained.
