摘要
目的探讨广东供电企业工作人员职业紧张状况及其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法选择广东省珠江三角洲、粤西地区2家供电企业,采用职业紧张量表对804名员工进行问卷调查,对职业紧张的各种影响因素进行统计分析。结果 45.1%的工作人员感到中度以上的职业任务过重,36.6%的工作人员感到中度以上的职业紧张反应,6.1%的工作人员处于中度以上缺乏应对资源和应变能力。除工作环境、理性处事2个子项外,其他职业紧张量表各子项得分与国内常模得分分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。影响工作人员职业紧张反应的主要因素有文化程度、任务过重、任务冲突、责任感、工作环境以及理性处事(P<0.05)。结论广东供电企业工作人员总体职业紧张水平较高,主要影响因素为文化程度、任务过重、任务冲突、责任感、工作环境以及理性处事。
Objective To study the occupational stress status and the effect factors contributed to it for the workers from power supply enterprise. Methods Selected two power supply enterprises in the Pearl River Delta and western area of Guangdong province separately using cluster sampling. Statistic analysis on occupational stress related effect factors was made after 804 workers, the investigated objects, in those power supply enterprises were investigated by occupational stress inventory. Results Sense of moderate or above level on role overload was found in 45.1% investigated objects as well as on personal strain was 36.6% , while 6.1% investigated objects felt moderate or above level of personal resources deficien- cy and acting ability. Apart from physical environment and rational cognitive, statistic differences were found in other effect factors scores contrasted to the national norm scores ( P 〈 0. 05). The key factors effected occupational stress of workers in power supply enterprise included degree of education, role overload, role boundary, responsibility, physical environment and rational cognitive. Conclusion The occupational stress level of workers in power supply enterprise in Guangdong province is partially high and mainly affected by degree of education, role overload, role boundary, responsibility, physical environment and rational cognitive.
