摘要 将心理学科的研究方法——认知行为学,首次应用于织物触感评价,旨在探寻一种新颖且较感性工学更严谨的主观测试方法。从平方米质量、织物肌理两方面选取9只丝绸面料作为研究对象,被试是25名女研究生,采用行为学E-prime软件对测试面料的光滑、柔软、轻薄三种触感进行评价,并运用KES测试压缩、弯曲、摩擦等性能指标;通过差异性及相关性分析,讨论行为学试验方法是否可行有效。结果表明:主观认知的显著差异与平方米质量和织物肌理引起的触感差异基本相符,主观评价与部分KES性能指标存在显著的线性相关关系,表明认知行为学方法用于织物触感的评价研究具有可行性和有效性。 The research method of psychology-cognitive behavior was applied in evaluating tactility of fabrics the first time in order to explore a new and more rigorous subjective testing method. 9 types of silk fabrics were selected as the objects of study from two aspects: mass per square meter and texture. 25 female graduate students participated in the experiment. E-prime software was used to evaluate smoothness,softness and lightness of the fabrics. Besides,KES was adopted to test compression,bending and friction performance indexes. Difference and correlation analysis was conducted to discuss whether cognitive behavior is feasible. The results show that significant difference of subjective cognition basically complies with tactility differences caused by mass per square meter and texture; subjective assessment and some KES performance indexes have significant linear correlation. This indicates cognitive behavior is feasible and effective for evaluating tactility of fabrics.
