过敏性紫癜的消化内镜表现 被引量：7

摘要 过敏性紫癜（Henoch—Schonlein purpura，HSP）是一种ISA介导的系统性血管炎，以皮肤紫癜、腹痛、关节炎和肾脏疾病为特征性临床表现。本病好发于儿童，但任何年龄段均可发病。儿童年发病率约1／10000，成人年发病率约0．5／100000。HSP的病因尚不清楚，可能与前驱病毒或细菌感染、药物、预防接种等致敏因素有关。
