摘要 从应急物流的基本概念入手,揭示了我国应急物流发展中的各种问题,并提出了基于自然灾害的我国应急物流的合作机制的构建,主要包括应急物流的快速反应机制、政府保障机制及控制反馈机制三个板块。 In this paper, starting from the basic concept of emergency logistics, we explored the issues in the development of the the emergency logistics industry in China, and then proposed to establish the natural disaster emergency logistics collaboration mechanism of China which included the quick response mechanism, government support mechanism and control and feedback mechanism.
