螺旋钻铤机床铣头箱动态特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 螺旋钻铤是石油钻采行业中常用的重要钻具,其细长的圆柱外表面上有三条均匀分布的螺旋槽,螺旋槽的加工精度直接影响着螺旋钻铤的工作性能。螺旋钻铤机床是采用三盘铣刀同时铣削螺旋钻铤三个螺旋槽的专用加工机床,通过多轴联动一次铣削成形钻铤工件,提高了螺旋钻铤螺旋槽的加工精度和加工效率。三盘铣刀切削刃对工艺系统的共同作用,使得机床铣头箱部件的动态特性问题更为突出。建立了螺旋钻铤机床铣头箱的理论分析模型,应用有限元方法对铣头箱进行了动态特性分析,求解了铣头箱的前4阶模态频率,得到了各阶振型,并计算了机床切削时铣刀的工作频率。研究结果表明该铣头箱体的各阶固有频率都避开了铣刀的激振频率,因此钻铤螺旋槽在加工过程中具有良好的切削稳定性。 Spiral drill collar is the major drilling tool in petroleum industry. There are three spiral grooves evenly distributed on the cylinder exterior surface. The machining precision of spiral grooves makes effect on the spiral drill collar working performance. The spiral drill collar machine is the special machine with three milling cutters machined three spiral grooves of drill collar at the meantime. The spiral drill collar is formed through multi-axis combined movement. Machining precision and efficiency is improved. The problem of dynamic characteristics of miU head is obvious for combined action of cutting end of three milling cutter to the process system. It establishes the theory analysis model of spiral drill collar milling head box. The finite element method is applied to the dynamic characteristics analysis of the milling head box. The first 4 modal frequencies and the vibration mode have been obtained, and the working frequency of milling cutter machine cutting is also calculated. The results show that the natural frequencies of the milling head box have avoided the cutter vibration frequency. Therefore, the machining stability is better in the process of drill collar spiral grooves.
