摘要
运用超声破壁作用处理竹材以期提高竹材横向渗透性能,研究分析了不同超声处理工艺对竹材弦面染色的渗透深度、竹材微观构造及对竹材淀粉含量的影响。结果表明:随着超声处理时间的延长、温度的升高、功率的增大,染色剂在竹材横向渗透深度显著提高,其中功率是最大影响因素。SEM分析表明超声破壁处理后,竹材纹孔通道的变大变深更加易于液体的流通,淀粉颗粒在超声破壁作用下也出现糊化降解,促进了竹材内淀粉的去除,竹材内淀粉含量相应降低。
In this paper, ultrasonic wall-breaking technology had been used to improve bamboo transverse permeability, and the penetration depth of the stain in bamboo tangential section, microstructure of bamboo and starch content after different ultrasonic treatment had been studied. The results showed that bamboo transverse permeability was significantly improved with the extending of ultrasonic application time, the rise of ultrasonic temperature and the increase of ultrasonic power, of which, power was the most key factor. SEM analysis showed that after ultrasonic wall-breaking bamboo pits became larger and deeper, and easier to let more liquid flow. The starch was gelatinized and degraded into low molecule after ultrasonic wallbreaking, therefore, effusion of starch granules was easy and starch content decreased accordingly.
