摘要
针对汽车车轮的结构,确定了模具的分型面及结构设计,应用CAE软件仿真车轮半固态压铸充填、凝固过程,而实现对压铸模具结构的优化设计。模具采用半固态压力铸造工艺,能在最大限度减少缺陷的同时,提高铸件的密度和强度,缩短单位生产周期,降低成本,提高产品质量。
Aiming at the structure of automobile wheel, the parting surface and structure design of moulds were determined, the semi-solid state die casting filling and solidification processes of automobile wheel were simulated using CAE software, and the optimization design of die casting mould structure was realized. The working process of mould adopting semi-solid state die casting technology can reduce the defects in maximum, improve the density and strength of casting, shorten the production cycle, reduce the cost and improve the quality of the products.
