学习曲线在煤层气井工厂钻井模式中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 学习曲线理论从产生到现在一直受到广泛的关注,并取得了很好的应用效果,但在非常规油气开发中应用较少。延川南煤层气田目前正处于产建阶段,采用了"井工厂"钻井模式进行开发。首先对学习曲线进行了简要的介绍,然后针对延川南煤层气"井工厂"钻井模式建立了相应的学习曲线模型。在对气田整体钻井数据进行分析的基础上,明确了适用条件和适用范围,拟合求解出区块钻井学习曲线的相关系数。并利用实钻数据进行计算验证,平均误差仅为8%,效果良好。为预测区块钻井周期提供了一种新的手段,也为区块规模开发奠定了技术基础。 Learning curve theory has been receiving widespread attention and good application effects, nevertheless, it rarely be used in unconventional oil and gas development. South Yanchuan coalbed methane (CBM) field is in production stage, adopting drilling development model of well factory. This paper had a brief introduction of learning curve, thereby establishing correspond-ing learning curve model for drilling model of south Yanchuan CBM well factory. Based on the analysis of overall drilling data, we defined applicable conditions and applicable scope, solved corresponding coefficients of drilling learning curve. By using drilling data, the verification results showed that average error was only 8%. The research of learning curve theory not only provide a new method for predicting drilling cycle, but also develop a good technical basis for large scale development of south Yanchuan block.
