摘要
从公共产品理论的基本原理出发,探析文化产品所具有的公共产品属性,并根据非排他性、非竞争性、排他性、竞争性将文化产品分为纯公共文化产品、非纯粹公共文化产品、俱乐部文化产品、私人文化物品四类,在此基础上,分别探讨政府在其生产过程中的职能。
Accordinghg to the fundamental principle of public goods theory, the paper explores the public products properties in cultural products and based on the non-exclusive, non-rival, exclusive and rival characteristics of public products, classifies cultural products into four following categories, pure public cultural goods, non-pure public cultural goods, club cultural goods and private cultural goods. On this basis, the paper further discusses the role of government playing in the formation of different categories.
