摘要
采用植酸为酸源、丙三醇为炭源、尿素为气源,配制新型膨胀型阻燃剂,用于棉织物的阻燃整理。通过试验,优化的阻燃配方与整理工艺为:植酸100g/L,尿素33g/L,丙三醇33g/L(配比为3∶1∶1);以三乙醇胺调节溶液pH=5,二浸二轧;预烘温度90℃,时间4 min;焙烘温度150℃,时间2 min。结果表明,阻燃整理后棉织物的极限氧指数提高,热释放速率下降,燃烧的炭渣量增加,阻燃效果较好。
New intumescent flame retardant is prepared with phytic acid as acid source, glycerol ascarbon source and urea as gas source, and it is applied onto cotton fabrics. The flame retardant formulation and process are optimized as follows: phytic acid 100 g/L, urea 33 g/L, glycerol 33 g/L(mass ratio of 3:1 : 1), pH value of solution is adjusted to 5 by triethanolamine double-dip-double-nip, drying at 90 ℃ for 4 min, curing at 150 ℃ for 2 min. The finished cotton fabrics exhibit good flame retardant performances with increased limiting oxygen index, decreased heat release rate and more char residue after burning.
