摘要
在阐述职业倦怠相关理论的基础上,探讨了目前高校图书馆员职业倦怠的表现及其危害,分析了高校图书馆员职业倦怠的原因,提出了缓解图书馆员职业倦怠的对策。
Based on expounding the relevant theories of the job burnout, this paper probes into the current performances of university librarians＇ job burnout and its harm, and analyzes the causes of university librarians＇ job burnout, and puts forward some countermeasures for relieving librarians＇ job burnout.
