摘要
根据树形钢管柱结构形式和受力特点,进行合理分段。结合钢筋混凝土结构的施工顺序和临时道路的布置,制定合理的吊装顺序,根据钢管柱的平面布置和土建各施工阶段的总平面布置,以"就近吊装"为原则,确定钢管柱分段吊装工况,据此对钢管柱分阶段吊装设备的选择进行论证,确定最优方案。同时,结合混凝土框架结构,合理设置分叉钢柱安装临时支撑措施,确保分叉钢柱安装的质量和安全。
Based on structure form and load characteristics, the tree steel-tube column is divided into reasonable segments. Combining with construction sequence and layout of the temporary road during construction of RC structure, the reasonable hoisting sequence of the columns is determined. Based on plan layout of the steel-tube columns and the total plan layout of the civil construction, following the nearest hoisting principle, the condition of segment hoisting of the steel columns is set. Based on hoisting condition of the steel-tube column, the hoisting equipment is selected to determine the most optimized schemes. At the same time, combining with concrete frame structure, some temporary supports are adopted to ensure the installation quality and safety of the tree steel-tube column.
