摘要 郑州国家干线公路物流港综合楼一门式不对称双塔钢结构连廊工程,由于施工高度、跨度及构件质量较大,常规起重设备吊装非常困难,施工难度大,高度原位散拼及其他方法都不理想,根据工程结构特点及施工场地情况,采用20~23层连体钢结构在1层楼面整体拼装、液压同步提升的施工方案。此方案通过对钢结构地面整体拼装、提升平台的设置、提升吊点的设置打破了常规安装流程,实际的施工结果与方案吻合,效果显著,保证了工程优质、按期竣工。 An asymmetric twin towers steel structure corridor project of the comprehensive building of Zhengzhou national trunk highway logistics has the characteristics of the large construction height, span and high weight member, the conventional lifting equipment is very difficult, and assembling members at high altitude is not reasonable. According to the structural characteristics and construction site situation, the overall assembly on floor one and hydraulic synchronous lifting of the connecting steel structures was applied. This construction scheme of assembling on the ground, lifting platform setting, setting enhancing lifting points broken the routine installation process, and practical results were in accordance with construction scheme, which ensured project quality and period.
