摘要
以武汉江汉六桥钢梁大跨顶推施工为背景,通过基本原理分析采用临时结构对钢梁刚度加强方式,并对不同加强方案进行对比分析,选取合理覆盖范围的桁架结构,以减小顶推最大悬臂90m时导梁前端挠度及钢梁应力;通过对各个顶推施工阶段计算分析和实际施工监测表明,采用桁架结构能够很好地解决导梁挠度过大和钢梁应力水平过高的问题。
Based on incremental launching construction of the steel girder for the Sixth Jianghan Bridge in Wuhan,the effect of temporary structure on strengthening mode of steel girder stiffness is analyzed by basic principle, strengthening schemes are compared, truss structure with reasonable coverage area is chosen to reduce the steel girder stress and deflection in front of guide girder in incremental launching construction of the maximum cantilever with 90m. The calculation analysis and actual construction monitoring show that truss structure can solve the problems of too large deflection of guide girder and too large stress of steel girder.
