摘要
目的对密花香薷药材进行生药学研究。方法对密花香薷原植物进行鉴定,并对其性状进行描述;采用水合氯醛透化法观察密花香薷的茎叶和粉末,进行显微鉴别;对密花香薷水提液和醇提液化学成分进行理化鉴别及浸出物含量测定。结果密花香薷在原植物、性状、显微等方面具有专属性特征。密花香薷的水、醇溶性浸出物含量分别为3.75%、3.20%。结论密花香薷的性状、显微和理化特征均有明显的鉴别特点,为密花香薷的鉴别和进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective The aim was to study the pharmacognosy of Elsholtizia densa Benth.Methods We identified the original plant of E.densa Benth and described their properties;The slide with chloral hydrate was used to observe the microscopic identifications of the powder of stems and leaves.We did the physical and chemical identification of the chemical components in its water extract and determined the content of the extract.Results There were exclusive charaeteristics in original plant,properties and mi-croscopic characteristics of E.densa Benth.The water-soluble extracts and enthanol extracts of E.densa Benth were 3.75%,and 3.20%.Conclusion The properties,microscopic identifications and physical and chemical identification of the E.densa Benth were examined in this research.The study will provide basis for the identification and the further research of E.densa Benth.
