摘要
认知语言学是一门关于语言、交际和认知的科学,是语言学中的一种新范式,其研究在过去的30年里取得了丰硕的成果。但是,如何把这些研究成果应用到外语教学中还有待进一步探讨。本文从认知语言学的四个重要基本特征入手,即语言的非自主性、意义的核心地位、心理表征的构式性、以用法为基础的特性,探讨了认知语言学对外语教学的启发意义。
Cognitive linguistics is a science about language,communication and cognition.It is a new paradigm in linguistics,which have made great achievements over the past 30 years.However,it is still worth exploring how to apply those achievements in foreign language teaching.In this article,I first of all explicate the four foundamental properties of cognitive linguistics,i.e.non- autonomy of language,centrality of meaning,constructionality of mental representation,and usage- based property,and then probe into their implications for FLT.
