摘要
目的:优选制备细辛、薄荷挥发油β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺。方法:采用单因素筛选及正交实验相结合,以包合率和收得率为指标,优选最佳包合工艺。结果:最佳包合方法为饱和水溶液法。包合条件为细辛、薄荷挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶8,包合温度为恒温30℃,包合时间为1h。结论:优选的包合工艺操作简便、工艺稳定、挥发油包合率较高。
Objective： To optimize the preparation process of β-cycledextrin（β-CD） inclusion compound of Asarum and Mint oil. Melhods： Single factor experiment and orthogonal design were used together, oil inclusion rate and yield of oil was used as an index, then the best preparation technology was chosen. Results：The optimal method was saturated solution method. The preparation condition for inclusion was as follows ： the ratio of Asarum and Mint oil toβ-CD was （ 1 ： 8）, the inclusion temperature was 30℃ and time was 1.0 h. Conclusion：The preparation procedure of inclusion volatile oil is sim- ple, stable, reliable and high inclusion rate.
