摘要 目的:优选制备细辛、薄荷挥发油β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺。方法:采用单因素筛选及正交实验相结合,以包合率和收得率为指标,优选最佳包合工艺。结果:最佳包合方法为饱和水溶液法。包合条件为细辛、薄荷挥发油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶8,包合温度为恒温30℃,包合时间为1h。结论:优选的包合工艺操作简便、工艺稳定、挥发油包合率较高。 Objective: To optimize the preparation process of β-cycledextrin(β-CD) inclusion compound of Asarum and Mint oil. Melhods: Single factor experiment and orthogonal design were used together, oil inclusion rate and yield of oil was used as an index, then the best preparation technology was chosen. Results:The optimal method was saturated solution method. The preparation condition for inclusion was as follows : the ratio of Asarum and Mint oil toβ-CD was ( 1 : 8), the inclusion temperature was 30℃ and time was 1.0 h. Conclusion:The preparation procedure of inclusion volatile oil is sim- ple, stable, reliable and high inclusion rate.
