超声引导下经皮微波消融治疗肝癌的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 肝癌是世界高发的恶性肿瘤之一,随人口老龄化,肝癌发生率和死亡率不断增加,然而只有少部分肝癌患者适合传统外科手术治疗。超声引导下经皮微波消融术治疗肝癌,以其安全、微创、疗效确切而广泛用于临床。本文对经皮微波消融术治疗肝癌的进展进行综述。 Hepatic malignancy is one kind of cancer with high incidence in the world. The incidence and mortality of hepatic carcinoma continues to increase largely because of the aging and growth of the world population. But only a few of patients are suitable for traditional surgery. Ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation for hepatic malignancy is widely used in clinic due to its traits such as safe, minimal invasion and reliable efficacy. The therapy progresses of micro- wave ablation for hepatic malignancy were reviewed in this article.
