二硫氰基甲烷中铁离子的测定-石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用干灰化后石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了二硫氰基甲烷中铁离子的含量。将样品在不同温度下进行灰化至无黑色物,加入盐酸进行溶解,1%盐酸定容,然后采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定铁离子的含量。在B建立的分析条件下,测定二硫氰基甲烷中的铁离子含量的方法具有较好的线性度、精密度和准确度,是较理想的分析方法。完全满足工业化对二硫氰基甲烷的质量控制。 The method for analyzing the content of iron ion in MBT by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry under the condition of drying ash of MBT samples is studied. Firstly, MBT sample is ashed at different temperatures until no black particles are in it, then the residue is dissolved by hydrochloric acid, and stays the constant volume by 1% hydrochloric acid. Then the content of the iron ion is determined by graphite fur- nace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The linearity, accuracy and the precision of this method is better for analyzing the iron.ion in MBT under the certain analysis conditions; it is an ideal analytical method which can thoroughly meet the demands of quality control of MBT for industrialization.
