摘要
采用早强剂硫酸钠与聚羧酸减水剂复配,研究其在低温环境下对混凝土性能的影响,为开发早强型聚羧酸减水剂进行探索.试验结果表明,采用硫酸钠与聚羧酸减水剂复配使用可以有效提高混凝土在低温环境下的早期强度,同时在一定掺量条件下对聚羧酸减水剂的减水、保坍效果影响不大.当聚羧酸减水剂掺量为1.8%时,硫酸钠的适宜掺量为0.5%~0.7%.
In this paper, through the complex of poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent with early strength sodium sulfate, the effect on the performance of concrete under low temperature was studied for the development of early strength poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent. Test proved that complex of sodium sulfate and poly earboxylic acid water reducing agent can effectively improve early strength of concrete at low temperature,and,at the same time, in a certain' content, it had little influence on the water reducing effect and collapse retention effect of poly carboxylie acid water reducing agent. When the content of poly earboxylic acid water reducing agent is 1.8%,the suitable dosage of sodium sulfate is 0.5%-0.7%.
