摘要
提出一种利用傅立叶变换中红外光谱法的在用润滑油黏度快速测定方法。采用该方法对标准油样和某润滑油在用油样进行傅立叶变换中红外光谱分析,选择1 465 cm-1作为测定其黏度的特征峰,分别对标准油和在用油样的黏度和相应红外光谱的特征峰处的吸光度进行相关性分析,给出回归方程。并用该润滑油的新油样品较正了标准油的回归方程。结果表明,利用傅立叶变换中红外光谱法测定在用某润滑油的黏度是可行的,测定结果是可靠的。
A quick determination method of viscosity of lubricating oils in use by applying Fourier Transform Mid-Infra-red Spectroscopy method was proposed.By using this method,the standard oil samples and some lubricating oils in use were analyzed by Fourier Transform Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy.By selecting the 1 465 cm-1 as characteristic peak for the determination of viscosity,the correlations between viscosity and absorbance of the samples of standard oil and the in use oil in the characteristic peaks in the infrared spectrum were analyzed separately,thus the regression equation was given.In addition,the new oil samples of this lubricating oil were used to revise the regression equation of the standard oil.The re-sults show that it is feasible to determine the viscosity of some lubricating oil in use by using the Fourier Transform Mid-In-frared Spectroscopy method,and the experimental results are reliable.
