摘要 目的:探讨医疗信息系统中纵向数据横向转置的SAS实现方法。方法:通过中医临床科研信息共享系统获得医院再生障碍性贫血患者的中药处方及量表得分等信息,通过ETL数据预处理、PL/SQL提取等过程获得原始纵向数据后,使用SAS的PROC TRANSPOSE过程进行统计实现。结果:中药处方数据经转置后,可形成每一例患者各中草药使用剂量的格式;量表数据经转置后,可形成每一例患者治疗前后各症状得分的格式。结论:通过相应的SAS程序可以实现医疗系统中不同类型的纵向数据横向转置的过程,从而满足进一步统计分析的需要。 Objective:To investigate the method of SAS programs for data transposition from longitudinal to lateral in the medical information system. Methods:Patients' information, such as traditional medical prescription and scale scores, was obtained from the aplastic anemia TCM clinical research information system. And the procedure of PROC TRANS- POSE in SAS program was used to transpose the original data which had been preprocessed in ETL and extracted in PL/ SQL. Results : After transposition, the prescription dose data could be formed in the format of each patient, and the symptom scores could be formed in the format of each patient and their time before or after treatment. Conclusion : The SAS programs could achieve the transposition of different types of medical data from longitudinal to lateral, in order to meet the need for further statistical analysis.
