摘要
劳动法以对劳动者权益的倾斜保护为主要目的,是国家干预劳动关系的主要手段。我国劳动立法在历经革命年代的洗礼和建国后的初创、恢复与发展后,建立了劳动基准制度、劳动合同制度,并逐步探索出一条具有中国特色的面向未来的能够有效衡平各方利益的发展道路,实现了对劳动者诚实劳动的保护,并为建立和谐劳动关系奠定了坚实基础。
With the main purpose of inclined protection towards workers, labor law is an important method that government intervention into labor relations. As a socialist country where the people are in power, labor legislation in China has gone through several developing stages. After trials and baptism of revolutionary years, startup, recovery and growing stage after the founding of the People' s Republic, it has established labor standard system and labor contract system, and then gradually probed out a develop- ment road to balance respective interests and look forward into the future with Chinese characteristics. This allows for the protection of workers' honest work and lays a firm foundation for the establishment of harmonious industrial relations.
