摘要
随着废酸处理工艺的不断成熟,环保问题也得以解决,烷基化装置未来将成为炼油厂发展的方向之一.对目前国内已广泛采用和正在建设的硫酸法、氢氟酸法、固体酸法等烷基化工艺技术在工业应用业绩、原料适应性、投资费用、操作费用、安全和环保等方面做了系统分析和比较.烷基化原料选择性加氢预处理后基本都属于2-丁烯原料,经过硫酸法和氢氟酸法烷基化反应得到的烷基化汽油的辛烷值(RON)分别为98~99和97~ 98.为生产相同的辛烷值油,硫酸法需保持烷烯比约为(7~9):1,氢氟酸法则需要保持烷烯比在(13~15):1.
The environmental problems have been solved with the spent acid treatment process becoming increasingly proven,and the alkylation unit will become one of the major process units in the development of petroleum refineries.The sulfuric acid alkylation process,hydrofluoric acid alkylation process and solid sulfuric acid alkylation process which are widely applied in the commercial alkylation units in China are analyzed and compared in respect of commercial application,feedstock availability,capital investment,operating costs and environmental protection etc.The hydrotreated alkylation feedstock is mainly 2-butylenes.The research octane numbers (RON) of alkylate after sulfuric acid alkylation reaction or hydrofluoric acid alkylation reaction are 98 ~ 99 and 97 ~ 98 respectively.The paraffin to olefin ratio for sulfuric acid alkylation process is (7 ~9):1 and that for hydrofluoric acid alkylation process is (13 ~ 15):1.
