摘要
技术转移能力是衡量一个国家科技进步和生产力水平的重要标志。目前,江苏技术交易保持快速增长态势,技术转移有力推动了战略性新兴产业的发展和高端资源在江苏的汇聚。本文介绍了江苏技术转移体系建设的特色做法,最后提出了关于技术转移体系建设的几点思考。
Technology transfer ability is the important symbol to measure a nation＇s scientific and technological progress and the levels of its productivity.At present,technology exchange maintained rapid growth in Jiangsu,technology transfer promoted the development of strategic emerging industries and gathered the high-end resources in Jiangsu vigorously.This paper introduced the characteristic practices in constructing technology transfer system in Jangsu,then put forward some thoughts.
