摘要
通信组织是海军远程通信保障的重要组成部分。针对当前海军远程通信的特点,分析了远程通信组织的不足之处,进而从协同通信、应急反应、越级指挥通信及涉外通信等四个方面,研究了海军对远程通信组织能力的具体需求,并为完善海军远程通信组织提出了一些建议。
Telecommunication organization is an important part of naval remote telecommunication support. According to the characteristics of naval remote telecommunication, the specific needs of naval remote telecommunication organization ability is studied in detail from four aspects of communication for coordination, emergency reaction, bypassing command communication and intercultural communication, and a suggestion of perfecting naval remote telecommunication organization is given.
