摘要
东北亚地区国际关系微妙而复杂,从而导致东北亚区域经济合作步伐缓慢。新世纪的东北亚虽然国际形势充满变数,但区域经济合作为东北亚地区的和平发展、共同繁荣发挥了重要作用。因此,只有通过对中国与东北亚各国的双边贸易和双边投资的发展进行系统梳理,研究图们江区域合作的态势,分析合作中存在的问题,探寻图们江次区域合作的路径,才能为中国图们江地区的次区域发展提出合理化建议,使中国顺利走向东北亚国际合作新阶段。
The delicate and complicated international relations among Northeast Asian coun- tries have slowed down the steps of economic eoorperation in this area. Though the situa- tion in Northeast Asia is full of variable in the new century, regional economic coorperation still plays the key role in the peaceful development and mutual prosperity. Therefore, sys- tematic analysis of the mutual trade and investment between China and other countries in this area, the studies of the coorperative trend in Tumen River Region and the exploration of the route for sub-regional coorperation will be of great importance to successful Tumen River subegional coorperation and China＇s new phase of coorperation in Northeast Asia.
