摘要
基于同步辐射X射线显微断层成像技术,采集纤维束内部图像,经过计算机后续处理得到纤维束截面二维图像,分析了纤维束横向压缩变形机理,研究5种不同压缩应力下纤维束体积分数、分布状态、接触点数目的变化情况.研究结果表明:纤维体积分数与压头-压槽耦合后的面积几乎呈线性关系;纤维分布随应力增加趋于均匀;通过对纤维束内部接触点数目的统计,得出了纤维体积分数-接触点数目的拟合公式.
Images of fiber bundles was got by employing synchrotron radiation X-ray μ-CT technique,and the two-dimensional cross-sectional slice image of the fiber bundles was gained by subsequent treatment processes.Then the feature parameters of the fiber bundles,including fiber volume fraction,fiber distribution,the number of contact points,and the compression mechanism were analysed with five different compression states.The research results showed that there was a linear relationship between fiber volume fraction and the pressure head-slot coupling area; the fibers distributed uniformly with the increasing of compressive stress; and according to the statistical data about the number of contact points,a fitting formula of fiber volume fraction-contact points number was proposed.
