摘要
目的:探讨急性非结石性胆囊炎的临床表现、诊断和治疗。方法:选择90例急性非结石性胆囊炎患者,回顾性分析其临床表现、诊断和治疗方法。结果:85例经手术治疗,胆囊切除术60例,胆囊大部切除术20例,胆囊切除+胆道探查引流5例,5例患者采用保守治疗。88例治愈,2例死亡。结论:非结石性胆囊炎需要早发现、早治疗,尽量减少死亡率。
Objective To investigate acalculous acute cholecystitis of clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment. Method 90 cases of acute calculous cholecystitis patients,were retrospectively analyzed their clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment meth-od. Results 85 cases with surgical treatment,60 cases of cholecystectomy gallbladder subtotal cholecystectomy in 20 cases,gallbladder ex-cision plus biliary exploration drainage in 5 cases,5 cases were treated by conservative treatment. 88 cases were cured,2 cases died. Conclusion The acalculous cholecystitis need early discovery,early treatment,reduce mortality.
