摘要
目的:测定五味子中微量元素铅、镉的含量.方法:采用二乙基三胺五乙酸—三乙醇胺(DTPA-TEA)有机溶剂作为提取剂,在固液比为1:17.5、超声提取时间为2h的条件下,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对样品进行含量分析.结果:在考察的6个五味子样本中均含有铅镉微量元素,铅在5.00~50.00μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,镉在0.20~4.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好.加样回收率分别为94.0%和96.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.59%和1.87%(n=5).结论:南、北五味子中均含有一定量对人体有害的微量元素铅、镉,但北五味子中Pb、Cd微量元素含量都低于南五味子,可从有害微量元素铅镉的含量说明北五味子的品质高于南五味子.
Objective:To determine the contents of trace elements of lead and cadmium in Schisandra Chinensis. Methods:The samples were extracted by DTPA-TEA, solid-to-liquid ratic was 1:17.5, and the contents of trace elements of lead and cadmium in the tested samples were analyzed by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS). Results:The trace elements Pb and Cd were contained in the studied samples. Pb showed a good linear relationship at the range of 5.00~50.00 μg · mL-1 , so did Cd at the range of 0.20~4.00 μg · mL-1. Their average recoveries were 94.0% and 96. 6% respectively, and RSD were 1. 59% and 1.87%(n=5). Conclusion: There is a certain amount of harmful trace elements of Ph and cadmium in South, North Schisandra chinensis. However, the content of Pb in the tested samples of North Schisandra chinensis are lower than that in South Schisandra chinensis, which explains the quality of North Schisandra chinensis are better than that of South Schisandra chinensis.
