摘要
目的:观察熄风胶囊治疗小儿癫痫强直-阵挛性发作患儿的临床疗效,以供参考。方法:将本院2012年8月—2013年7月收治的小儿癫痫强直-阵挛性发作患儿80例纳入本研究,根据随机原则分组。对照组接受西医常规治疗,实验组在此基础上辅以熄风胶囊治疗。连续治疗6个月,对比两组患儿在临床疗效和不良反应方面的差异性。结果:与对照组对比,我们发现实验组患儿总有效率明显较高,组间差异经统计学分析后认为有意义(P<0.05)。对比两组不良反应发现,组间差异统计学分析后认为无意义(P>0.05)。结论:熄风胶囊用于辅助治疗小儿癫痫强直-阵挛性发作具有满意的疗效,且不会增加不良反应,今后可将其在临床进行推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xifeng capsule in treatment of children with epilepsy tonic clonic seizures. Methods ： 80 cases in our hospital from Aug. 2012 to JuL 2013 were randomly grouped. Control group received routine treatment and experimental group supplemented Xifeng capsule. 6 months later, we compared the differences of the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results ： Compared with control group, experimental group＇s total effective rate was higher and the differences between groups had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. The adverse reactions in the two groups had no significance （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Xi^eng capsule used for auxiliary treatment of pediatric epilepsy tonic clonic seizures has satisfactory curative effect and no adverse reaction. It can be widely applied in clinical practice.
